Funtasia’s Educational Approach is global and built on universal values meeting the local and specific needs of each community. Funtasia Enterprise aims to demonstrate how it is possible to build ethical businesses that are sustainable and profitable, whilst concretely benefitting society.
Our products are made available to underprivileged individuals and families through Funtasia Enterprise’s CRS program. Additionally, 5% of all yearly Enterprise profits are donated to its NonProfit arm Funtasia Impact, granting underserved communities access to the transformative Educational Approach.
We specialize in programs tailored to diverse Egyptian contexts. Our combined 30+ years of experience have helped build projects across the country along with the cross-contamination stemming from Egyptian and international experts’ seasoned teamwork, we contribute to program efficacy. Facilitators based across the country are trained to run transformational educational experiences and to train others, online and in-person, both inside and outside of Egypt, such as their most recent experiences in Mexico and Saudi Arabia.
Our long-standing partnership with Save the Children Italy and with public schools enables a wide number of teachers, educators and young people able to access the Funtasia Approach. The focus is on government, private and public school partnerships nationwide.
Mexico is the home base to some of the most dynamic Funtasia trainers and facilitators. As part of our Social Enterprise Model and commitment to our team, we also invest in furthering their English language education which has enabled proficient work with trainees and children in English and increased the team’s employability. In addition to the Funtasia youth workshops and adult training they run in person in Mexico and online, our team was able to travel to Saudi Arabia and run youth camps.
Funtasia offered our consultancy in Saudi Arabia for the Diriyah Contemporary Art Biennale, the first to ever take place in the country supporting the exhibition’s inclusivity and widening public access creating opportunity for a more layered socio-emotional experience in projects shown to enhance quality social and emotional intelligence education and providing efficient development tools.
Our work in the US launched with Larchmont school in Los Angeles. We additionally offer inclusive online live-stream youth workshops, with our team based out of New York, Los Angeles and Seattle. We look forward to broadening Funtasia’s work with schools and organizations.
